Payment Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between RASPOUTINE, herein referred to as the “Company,” and you governing the use of the Payment Link sent to the email address provided by you and is by and between the business entity listed in the Payment Link (referred to herein as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you. By entering your payment details and submitting payment through the Payment Link, you have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement.

If you do not agree to each of these terms and conditions, please do not enter your information in the Payment Link and leave the site immediately.

Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount indicated in the Payment Link, in the currency shown, which includes applicable sales, occupancy or other taxes. You agree that your liability for payment is not waived and agree to be held personally liable for any charges not paid by you, or an indicated person, company, or association. The amount shown in the Payment Link does not include any additional fees or non-room charges that you may incur during your stay in addition to the contracted for room rate plus applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated in your reservation confirmation.

Policies regarding changes to Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable reservations may vary. No refunds or credits will be made for any changes, cancellation, or non-arrival for any reason within the period of time specified by the Company at the time of booking. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise. No prices or places availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. Even after full payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation.

We may cancel your reservation if invalid credit card information is provided or if credit card is declined. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

The Company is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates that may affect the final amount paid by the Client.
